what's the possibility?

Fiancé and I are ttc, so far no luck. But this past period, I started cramping about a week inadvanced. My period came about 4 days early, was heavy for 2 days and only lasted about 5 days (typically 7). I'm still cramping. (My period was over on 4/19) For two morning I've be Nauseous, and today I've been throwing up. I don't have high hopes that I could possibly be pregnant this go around. Just concerned and need some more opinions on it.
