Shrimp is fine.  I accidentally ate raw tuna (spicy tuna roll) while 6ish weeks.  I wasn't even thinking about it until I had already had 3 pieces.

To my knowledge, ceviche is a no no when you're pregnant. I think fully cooked shrimp is okay, but I don't eat much seafood so I never paid much attention to that particular rule.

It's fine as long as it's cooked in water..agua chile is different from ceviche. Agua chile's shrimp is cooked in lime and ceviche for the most part is usually cooked in water.
