Period problems.. 🙁

I haven't had my period in a long time and I know I'm not pregnant.. but I have been taking medicine for my thyroid so it can get back on track. Although I don't think the medicine is working?? I've been taking it for a while and maybe missed a day here and there, but I haven't had my period in such long time.. Any advice?
