Does your partner get angry at you when you are upset/ angry or having a bad day???

Yes!!! And it just pisses me off even more!!! 
Or like I ask him stop doing something multiple times nicely and then I flip and he gets mad.... 
It's like okay if you stopped the first ten times I asked you to stop maybe I wouldn't have gotten mad

No. I get a hug and a kiss, and then he asks me what I want for dinner. He's the best.

Sadly we usually have bad days at the same time. We take turns making each other feel better, or we watch a movie.

it happens a lot like you tell them about your day and how hard it was and he just screams and brings up their day pushing you aside like you don't matter.. my hormones are all over the place so i cry at night alone.. he just blames everything on me.. it hurts is it verbal abuse ?

Well... You see.. He is bipolar, so he's extremely emotional as I am too. We both have anxiety and depression... So when I get upset he gets upset and we usually get REALLY upset about it and then we just calm down super fast and he apologizes and cuddles with me because I usually cry. Lol...
