i need help

I took a test Thursday to rule out that I may be pregnant because I was supposed to be having a night out with friends on Friday and I wanted to double check .... so I need advice. Something had been telling me to check the test again & I looked back at the test today.... could it be a vvfl or an evap line???? My period is supposed to be here today and its not which is unusual
