My little prince is sick?

Hi everyone, my baby is having diarrhoea type of stool, yellow and runny.
And for the last 2 to 3 feed, he drank much much lesser, from around 90 - 110ml to 55 - 70ml.

Is my baby having diarrhoea?
And what may have causes it?

Give him some cooled hoiled water. Give it a few days and if things havent gome back to normal then see a doc ...  babies just go through things like this just like us adults could just be a abit of virus. Dont stress to much .... most docs will say its nothing n if doesnt settle or go back to normal then theres something wrong.

Are you breast feeding? If you are, it could have been something you ate that got passed down to him through your milk and his tummy isn't agreeing with it.
