how was your day/ night before you gave birth?

My due dates the 26th and I feel like im getting the flu or cold just something I have irregular contractions. Curious on how yall felt because im not sure if this is going to lead to me going into labor!

The day before it was a regular day , i felt fine but in the middle of the night i became really uncomfortable.. having a hard time sleeping and woke up to blood when i wiped shortly after noticing that about 10 minutes later the contractions started ..

It was my birthday!  I had a busy day because I wanted everything ready if for any reason baby would come, so I went grocery and stock on all essentials!  I had a lasagna and ice cream cake for birthday celebration that afternoon... 2h later I started feeling the contractions... I couldn't believe, it was interesting, my husband had to beg me to go to the hospital... Hahahaha and he was born on the next day at 7am

I'm 39 weeks today and just starting to get over a terrible cold!! My doctor said it's common to get sick before you give birth because your body is going through so much and your immunity drops. I hope it means he will be here soon!!!

Felt perfectly fine that day, had been having some cramping and lower back pain that whole week. Got pedicures and lunch on my due date. Later that night bent over to pick something up and my water broke. Got to the hospital and turns out the cramping I'd been feeling all week was contractions 3 min apart. But had only dilated to a fingertip.
