Boyfriend

So my boyfriend ended up working late and didn't let me know so I called him and texted him a million times and got no answer until he got done work at almost 2. I was worried something may have happened to him and it turned into a fight and he thinks I'm overreacting. Do you think I'm wrong for being mad at him for not letting me know he was gonna be getting done late ?
