Yes. 
If I'm having a shitty day at work and start getting grumpy, I usually end up taking it out on customers by having an attitude. ..And I feel super bad about it later 😩 it makes me feel aweful. 
So I try and stop myself when I notice I'm getting a little bitchy; and take a moment to remind myself how much of an asshole I am if I take it out on people who did nothing to me.

Absolutely. Even if you say things that are true in anger you may regret the way you said it or saying it at all. It's something I need to personally work on.
