does anyone else look sickly while bf?

I'm wasting away while bf - I want to gain weight desperately ! Is anyone else struggling with this? ;(

No. Breastfeeding makes me hungry and I eat every chance she gives me. Unfortunately, because I feel starved, I'm not making the healthiest choices 😕

I don't look sickly but I have absolutely no butt anymore so all my pants give me saggy bum :-( time for lunges I guess

Yes! I lost wayyyy too much weight after having my daughter and struggled to gain any back. It got so bad both my doctor and my LC wanted me to consider weaning my daughter before a year because I had gotten too underweight. Thankfully we never officially got to that point and once she started nursing less around 11 months I started to gain some weight back and now at 15 months even with her still nursing I am 5 lbs away from prepregnancy weight and look so much healthier. It came back very fast once it started and many of my coworkers who lost weight while breastfeeding had a similar experience of rapidly gaining weight back once they weaned their baby.

Yes!! I always had trouble gaining weight before my pregnancy. During it I over ate and managed to gain 3 stone(including baby 6lb14)

Since his birth my weight has plummeted. Im almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight and I'm desperately trying not to loose anymore.  I was on supplements before to help keep my weight up and I'm heading towards needing them again.

I look ill now if I've not slept well because I'm soo thin.

I guess I'm only about 7.5 weeks postpartum but I'm still desperately trying to lose weight. You can have my extra weight. Lol.
