Does anyone on nexplanon, or any birth control have trouble losing weight?
I know gaining weight is a side effect of having the implant. But I've been trying to lose weight for a while now by working out and counting calories. And I've actually just gained more weight.
Guys, I even cut out soda and hot cheetos 😭
That's how serious I got.
Does anyone else have experience with dealing with this situation? Any tips?
