I've been having contractions for an hour now, they're about 5 mins apart and last for about 40-50 seconds...should I start getting ready to go or wait it out???? I'm 39w4d btw

My office goes by the 5-1-1 rule. Contractions every 5 minutes, that last about a minute, and go on for at least an hour. Looks like you're ready lucky lady! Send some of that labor dust my way please! I'm 2 days overdue! ☺️
