I read that you said you're only nursing once a day. If that's all you're nursing, you need to pump every 2 hrs to actually get a decent supply going. It doesn't just appear, you have to create the demand. Less pumping and nursing, less milk. Pump as much as you can if you can't nurse drink tons of water and it will come back up. I was once at about the same place you are with my supply and got it back up no problem.

Normal amount if you have only been breastfeeding once a day and not pumping. It's supply and demand. Your body makes what you tell it to make by either nursing on demand or pumping. Whenever milk leaves your body will will make more. 
Keep pumping or nursing and your body will make more.
Every time a syringe of formula is given you have to pump to tell your body you need that milk.
