18 month old will not sleep

My 18 month old usually takes 2 naps a day (sometimes 1). No matter how many naps she takes, she still wakes up through the night. I have tried everything. I have cut her naps back...fed her right before bed...i am just out of options. I'm 13 weeks pregnant and need my sleep. My husband is a truck driver so it's important that he gets enough sleep, so please don't suggest him helping. Help! I can't take much more.
