Freaking out - OTC Acne Med Salicylic Acid

I am 10 weeks pregnant and I have been using OTC face wipes and spot treatment that contain 2% salicyclic acid. I didn't think anything of it and my doctor never mentioned anything about acne treatment. Now I found out today that you shouldn't use any acne treatment that contains SA. I am freaking out that I could have caused damage to the baby!!! Has anyone run into the same situation or have talked to their doctors about it? I am going to stop using it today and talk to my doctor at my appt this week but I am just so worried now.
