Stevia/Splenda during pregnancy?

Do you consume Splenda or stevia during pregnancy!!? Am I the only one whose super strict about not?

My doctor recommended stevia over other sugar subs. I regularly drink Zevia non-caffeine, organic, GMO free soda and have had one healthy baby and another is on the way.

Since I'm diabetic and cant have regular sugar, yes I will occasionally substitute with splenda or stevia.... My husbands aunt actually has her own stevia plant and will dry the leaves and grind them to a powder for us to use. She even chews on them like gum when she's working out in the garden. I know they arent great for you but I really have  to pick my battles with blood clotting issues on top of diabetes, I have a very limited diet so I will take what I can get....
