moderate white blood cells?

So I was treated for BV a few weeks ago even though my swab came up negative (I got tested for STDS and yeast and all, all negative, there was nothing to see)... anyways I got the same BV symptoms and went back to my dr again, now the results showed up as "moderate white blood cells" (they post the results online) ... which I know means my body is fighting an infection. I got cleared from any STDs, what could it possibly be? (Yes I'm going back to my drs)
