how do you know that your baby getting enough milk?

How i make sure that my baby getting enough breast milk, Is there any indication except weight gain, I am breastfeeding my baby, But problem is whenever I pumped, I get olny 1 ounce milk, This makes me Worried about my baby. Please let me know

Baby's are better then the pump at getting milk out. As long as they are having enough wet diapers a day and gaining weight you'll be fine.

Most moms do not have a problem making enough milk and most babies don't have a problem with gaining the weight they need. Pumping just tells you how much you made at one specific time during the day - your body is constantly trying to produce just the amount baby needs. Trust your body and your baby to show you if something is really not working how it's supposed to!

If weight gain and wet diapers are where they're supposed to be I'm sure you're fine. Take it from someone who actually has low supply. My son was born at 8 pounds 11 ounces and at 10 days he was hardly at 8 1 so that's when we found out at a lactation appointment. He still had the number of wet diapers he was supposed to but just wasn't holding on to anything. He'll be 8 weeks on Thursday and weighs nearly 13 pounds now!
