Ears ringing after orgasm?

I had been masturbating earlier and came 5 times within 15 minutes (it had been a while for me). When I got up to wash my hands and drink some water, I noticed that my hearing had dulled and there was a high-pitched ringing noise, kind of like the way Hollywood depicts the aftermath of a bomb going off. It lasted for about three minutes then went away. Anyone else ever have this happen?
