Don't know what to think about cm

Curious if anyone has experienced this too. I never have enough cm to check it from toilet paper, I always have to reach inside and even on my fertile week it's never fully egg white. Last week was supposed to be fertile, with my peak day being Wednesday, but I didn't have my temp spike until Saturday. My temp has stayed up the past three days, but since Saturday I have been having an INSANE amount of ewcm. Like, tons on the toilet paper, tons when I reach inside, and I even feel wet. Is it possible that even with a three day temp spike I'm just now ovulating? I'm 32 and TTC #1!
