Breastmilk and Cradle cap?

Will breastmilk get rid of my daughters cradle cap or should I use baby oil? Which is quicker and more efficient? TIA

I saw it kinda coming with my daughter so I gentley rubbed her head during a bath and afterwards I rubbed coconut oil on the spot. It was gone the next day.

I used coconut oil and a baby brush. Also I would gently scrape (that sounds bad) it with my finger. I didn't apply any pressure I just kind of ran my finger nail over it gently and it would come off easier and much more than the brush would get. I think I did it twice maybe 3 times before it went away completely.

I'd use breaskmilk when I was leaky or had an excess, but ususally I just put oil on his head, then I'd get his bath all set up (15ish minutes) and then I'd wash out his hair with shampoo so it didn't settle and get all over everything 😂

My mom always told me to use baby oil. It always made things a greasy mess. I age. Three boys.

What worked best was just baby shampoo in the tub. Then use a baby brush and rotate it in circles to firmly but gently break it free. Lather, rinse, repeat. Worked well for me. I only had to do it a couple times
