If you want to go for custody then file a motion to change custody.... Start documenting when you get the girls and  every time she calls and harasses you...

Well here's the thing. My husband's ex won't stop harassing us name calling, threatening us, etc. We are civil and try to keep the peace as much as possible but I am sick of being called things uncalled for and accused of stuff for no reason. She is always threatening us to take us to court for stupid things like us not giving her $100 or us taking the kids to church. Every time we get them for 2 days we are harassed for days after. Is there any legal actions we can take to stop her or to get primary custody? I don't want those sweet little girls to grow up in such a hateful environment.
