Is it safe?

So my Lo stop nursing ,I decided to lose weight and take a prescription called phentermine. Well my Lo has just not started to act interested in nursing again. I have not taken phentermine in 4 days. Is it safe to nurse? My supply has also dropped,NOT dried up. Can I rebuild my supply?

Check the leaflet that came with the medicine, it should have a section on pregnancy and breastfeeding that tells you if it's considered safe. Otherwise ask your paediatrician.

You can get your supply up if you demand it. Adoptive parents and non birthing people can lactate. So you shouldn't have a huge issue getting it back up.
