6 dpo & clearblue digital test positive?

My cycle is 28 days. I used the clear blue digital ovulation kit and got my flashing smiley on February 21st and my soild smiley on February 24th what is the earliest I could test with the clue blue digital test with weeks estimator. I'm 6 dpo and I've had cramping in my lower left side all day fingers crossed a baby bean is growing.
