sore boobs

I know I'm just going to have to wait until I can take a pregnancy test and get an answer, however, I thought I'd ask anyway in case any ladies have experienced this...

Usually, and when I say usually I mean EVERY MONTH, my boobs start hurting about 3-4 days before my period starts. This month, my period isn't due for 8 days and my boobs are already quite sore.

Could this be a sign that I've conceived?

I can't remember what it was like with my first pregnancy.
