Questions about Fenugreek
First question: I've taken two capsules so far & it decreased my supply already. I read that it should also be taken with milk thistle. Is that true? Has that helped any of you guys?
Second question: I read that fenugreek lowers thyroid hormone t3 so it is not recommended for women with hypothyroid. Any of you ladies have thyroid issues & take fenugreek?
Third question: Also read that fenugreek could have an effect on blood pressure & blood pressure medications. Has anyone else had this problem?
Yes, I know that my doctor could answer these questions better but I wanted to ask y'all first.
