I had my confirmed miscarriage on Sunday 4/23. Im still bleeding currently but its more like a heavy period except these cramps hurt extremely bad. They come in waves and each one feels worse than the one before. I don't have many clots anymore. I in fact only had 1 which was why i went to the ER to begin with. Are these terrible cramps normal? How long should I expect this to happen? I wish it would end already the constant reminder that my baby is gone is traumatic
