Period or implantation?!

Need opinions is it my period or implantation?! So on April 10th I got a positive opk and it was confirmed with bloodwork that I did ovulate. so I was expecting my period today or tomorrow. Well my period came on Sunday and was abnormally short the last couple month my periods have been 4 or 5 days long and this one was light brown blood and only lasted 3 days day one and day three were extremely light. I know I won't know till I test which I will Friday and again Sunday but what do you guys think?! Was it my period or implantation?!
