I just stopped using Nexplanon (the rod in the arm) because it caused me to have my period for a year+ . Just got on the Shot a few .

The pill. Thought about nexplanon but I'm going back to just plain ole condoms.

Nexplanon, but I'm getting it taken out after a month. It's made my PCOS intolerable. My moods have completely changed, and I seem to get cheast pain on that side (weird?). Other then that, it would be great for me. I'm going to try the natural way to treat PCOS, and use condoms as BC to give my body a break.
