Miscarriage information TMI

Hey all. My step mom was bleeding excessively yesterday (late afternoon until this morning) the doctor had said everything looked fine (she went to the ER immediately) -in true luck fashion the bleeding had halted pretty much the moment her name was called to see the doctor! Apparently everything was fine according to the doctor he had taken some blood etc an all came bac good. But when she left the hospital the bleeding started up again and was much heavier. She said when she got home she had even what appeared to be a blood colt looking chunk pass. She doesn't feel much pain in her stomach, just some tightening around her belly button.
