Boy or girl?

After my 18 week sono I was told I am having a boy... I just had a 38 week sono and the tech told me it's a girl. My doctor said she isn't convinced either way.. what's circled in pink could be a girl, but there's a possibility that what's in blue could be a boy. What do you think??
