Do you have a monster in law?

I know I have my monster in law.  All she does is spread rumors about our marriage, she hates me with a passion and she will tell everyone lies about me to get them to not like me.. Im so tired of being put down by someone I want to like me ...:/

This is all so sad and makes me so very grateful for my MIL. I love my mother in law and both she and father in law constantly remind me how glad they are that I am in their family. My MIL's mother just passed on Feb. 12th, and at her rosary I gave my mother-in-law a hug and when I hugged her she expressed how much she loved me, and she asked if I was okay as well, since I had spent a lot of time with her mother and took care of grandma a lot when my in-laws would go out of town. We are a very close family.

Mine doesn't go that far but she's obsessed with my fiancé. She doesn't like that he's becoming a man and doesn't need her help. She's said lots of hurtful things and turned around on us. When I lost my amniotic sack she recommended we do the abortion. And recently referred to me as the wall in between them. idc she will get over it or have nothing to do with our family.  My fiancé puts her in her place though. And it usually ends with her not talking for weeks and then she bribes him to come over. It's horrible. My exes mom was so sweet.  I wish I could have that relationship with her.

One reason I broke up with my ex was because I dont think I'd get along with his mom. She even broke the good relationship he had with my mother and he totally disrespected her. I wouldn't be able to call her my family, so nope. Go be a "Christian" somewhere else.

My own mom is like this,  with me and ny So.  Then there a sister on his side that's thw worst person I've ever met.  His mom and dad die when he was younger. I wasn't expecting a sister. Ugh.....😝

My MIL refused to even acknowledge I was in the room for the longest time. It put a huge strain on my relationship with my husband, and he finally had to take a stand with her. She plays a really fabulous fake nice, but makes sure to tell me every time I see her that my husband and I shouldn't have kids. It's hurtful, but now that my husband and I are on the same page, we can stand together and ignore the negative vibes.
