Do you think that poverty is systemic or just laziness?

We are talking about poor people in general, not specific situations, please remember that while voting or commenting.

Systemic poverty: People are born into it and they fate is MOSTLY controlled by that condition. Some are able to change because they found a way that isnt avaiable to everyone, some dont - basically, systemic poverty is when poor people have few-no access to opportunities that may change their life style

Laziness: People are only poor because they dont want to change it - it is easy to change your social/financial status, its only a matter of trying.
