first doctor appointment

Went to the fertility doctor today for my consult. What a freakin whirlwind! My mind is spinning! Bloodwork and tests and scans begin next month. He thinks that by looking at past bloodwork that I may have PCO, not PCOS. Similar thing, but without the "syndrome" part. Anyone else have this? Also have to have a SIS done. Anyone have any thoughts on this? He's starting me on some thyroid medication because my levels are a little high. Anyone have any luck with this? After leaving the appointment, now I'm even more terrified that I won't get pregnant! Aaaaah!
