this cannot just be baby acne...

We saw the doctor on Friday and he said it was just baby acne. But since then her face has become extremely rough and dry and now her ear lobe is covered with yellow-like wax on it. We have an appointment tomorrow to get this figured out. Ugh. Any insight?
