"High moral standards"

How do you feel about the phrase? Those who are religious, at least from what I've seen, tend to think they are better than others. Of course not all, but most. They seem to think they hold themselves to a higher moral standard than "regular folks". Do you think that's true?

Personally I think just because I don't dress as modestly as some would like and I had sex before marriage, that doesn't mean I have fewer morals than somebody sitting in the feom row every Sunday.
