basal temp time?
I just got my basal thermometer. I'm ready to start tracking. I know it needs to be the very first thing I do every morning, but the instructions say it needs to be at the same time every morning. I don't wake up at the same time every day since my work schedule is different every day. Is it accurate enough if it's within an hour every day?
