Husband and I have been TTC for a few months now. I've never had regular periods but went to the OBGYN and she said everything looked fine in my well-woman exam. I started Provera to make me have periods so I could hopefully kick start a cycle and get pregnant. However, I've had three cycles now and have done daily ovulation tests (in the evening like everyone says, and in the morning too in my fertile week to make sure I'm not just missing it) and have never gotten a positive. Does anyone have experience with this or know why I might not be ovulating? If I don't ovulate this next time I'm going back for an ultrasound and more serious testing, but I'm kind of panicking that something is seriously wrong if I'm having periods but not ovulating at all.
