picky but need to eat healthy?

Anyone have ideas? I have zero time for the gym. I barely have time for schoolwork, plus work and other things. I'm also a super picky eater and don't have time to prepare food (I've tried food prep. Doesn't work for me). I don't like rice, or quinoa, I hate salad, but I will eat things like spinach tomatoes cucumbers etc. I just need things that will fill me on my tight budget. Help 😪
