When I was in the beginning of my first trimester I had and always get abdominal cramps as if they are super light period cramps. This time around I had the cramps and reddish discharge. Saw baby on the Ultrasound and still preggo and I'm in my second tri. Now. I think what you are having is normal. They say it's your uterus stretching and making room.

I am 6w and 1d and I have had moderate and sometimes intense cramping since implantation. They have gotten less frequent now but I still get them. Doctor said that is baby burrowing deep in your uterus and then your uterus growing and adjusting to the new visitor inside of it 😊 some woman get more than others. She actually said cramps around implantation and there after are a good sign because that usually means a healthy and deep implantation
