sex and bleeding?

Has anyone ever had rough sex that made you significantly bleed? I'm not a virgin but I am very tight and if it's been longer than a few weeks since I've had sex I need to get all stretched out again and I bleed...very embarrassed that I got blood on a guy last night. He knew it was cause I was tight I just am so scared of what he thinks.
