So i am 36+6 today. I just got done at the doctor's office. She told me the way ive been feeling i may go into labor before my repeat c section (2nd) on may 14th. She told me that once my contractions are 5 minutes apart, to go to labor and delivery. My question here is why the hell would i suffer through contractions for Lord knows how long just to get to a hospital that is 30ish minutes away to have a csection? It doesbt make any sense to me other than it'll make me absolutely miserable and extremely exhausted. Not to mention, i know some women progress very quickly at that point, so why would i be told to wait that long when she could easily just fall out at that point lol??
