legs and feet?

So this app says I'm 4 weeks exactly... my question is my legs and feet hurt and have been feeling tired..last night my feet were swollen a little bit not much is this to soon to be feeling this way... my first pregnancy with my daughter I had none of these symptoms. Any advice, I have a doctors appointment set in a week from now?
