Should I be worried?  I can't stop crying I've just gave birth 4 months ago and now I'm scared that If it is serious my son won't have me 😭😭 I have to wait 4 days for more results and I'm in so much pain I can't cope. Please help me

You don't need your gallbladder to live.

All it does is store extra bile (bile helps with digestion). Without your gallbladder, bile can still get to your intestines to aid in digestion. It just won't be stored anymore.

Worst case scenario, you will have to change your diet a little.

I got mine removed a month ago it was an emergency surgery i felt so bad because i couldn't Brestfeed for two days or cuddle my baby(1 year old) for a week I did decline all medication after surgery and tried to walk and be active right after surgery for a faster recovery my pain tolerance is high. Pain wise while you have it is horrible not much you can do I would eat light meals and water kept the pain down and for some odd reason heating pads helped but surgery will be the best option

You can live without your gallbladder my husband doesn't has his. Just don't eat a lot of fatty food when it's out or your will get sick.
