Can I ask for a copy of my entire chart from fertility doctor?

I am going to a new fertility doctor next week and if I ask them to fax the info I think the quality wouldnt be great (hsg and ultrasounds). I see my current doctor next week, could I call a couple of days before and just asked if I can have a copy of my entire chart? Or it that not allowed lol

It's your chart and your medical history. You can absolutely have a copy of it.

You can most places make you pay like a quarter a page so ask them and ask how much is it to get a copy

Alicia is right, it's your right as a patient to have access to your charts. It's up to you if you want to get it faxed or if you want to go to the office and take the copies yourself.
