Using disorders as descriptive words?

What do you think of people using disorders as descriptive words, meaning they do not have it but still use it to describe their behavior?
A few examples:
"Sorry for my mood swings, I'm so bipolar!"
"I can't stand the picture not being straight, I'm so OCD."
"Sorry I've been distant lately, I got depressed for a few days."
"Just ignore my rambling, I have ADHD and can't stay in topic."
I personally think it's terrible. These are serious, life altering disorders. They shouldn't be demeaned to being used to describe someone quirks.
