Expecting twins! Is anyone else thinking this?

OK so I am nearly 18 weeks pregnant and I look and feel like I've swallowed a bowling ball! I am so uncomfortable! At our 12week scan, we were told we are expecting twins and I can't help wondering, what if there's more in there? I mean what if we go back for the 20 week scan and they tell us they've found another one and it's triplets! Has anyone else had this thought or know of anyone it's actually happened to?!

On my first ultrasound, round 8 weeks, my midwife saw twins. Had to go elsewhere to confirm and at around 10 weeks they found triplets. I get ultrasounds every 2 weeks now and they haven't found any more.

Ha! We know for sure there's only two in there, but I had a super vivid dream that at an u/s they found a third! I woke up in a sweat and panic. Thank god it was just a dream lol. Two are enough for this FTM! I'm sure there's only two, but keep us posted! (Also I'm only 14+5 and bigger than a bowling ball. I think it happens way quicker with multiples and way bigger...)

Kind of... I ate a ton of yams before getting pregnant and I guess yams increase your chances of having twins according to my in laws. So they have been telling me that I am having twins and I am not scheduled to have an ultrasound until 18ish weeks and I just want this joke to be over. 😆
