Is it possible to get your period after conception?

I found out Feb 2 that I had a miscarriage. We are TTC, had sex 4 times during our fertile window this month, (a couple of weeks ago), but got my period yesterday. We got pregnant with our son literally right away, and got pregnant with our second right away but then found out we lost it. So apparently I'm very fertile. Lol. But I was just wondering if there's a possibility of being pregnant and still getting your period? Or first period?
