what does your newborn sleep in every night ?

My one month old sleeps in the rock and play every night. Curious what others are using! Hoping not to set up bad habits by having him sleep in the rock and play and making the transition to the crib hard, but h and sleeps great in the rock and play. What do you guys use ??

My little guy is six weeks old and has slept in his crib from day one since we came home from the hospital. His crib is right next to our bed so it's easy to nurse him at night. I roll up two receiving blankets and place them on either side of him to help him feel secure in his crib.

Either in bed with us or bassinet. I've been trying to get him to stay in bassinet mostly but sometimes just let him stay in bed with us if he's needing the cuddles.

Our little girl sleeps in a boppy lounger on the bed with us or on my chest. We'll be transitioning to her crib in a couple weeks. Our oldest daughter did the same thing & did great.

Just a warning for all of you who have their LOs sleeping in a rock n play. I have had 4 friends end up having babies who needed to get helmets to fix flat spots on their head because they slept in rock n plays for the first couples months of their lives. Canada (& other countries) have banned them because of this reason (as well as other reasons). I would just caution using them as a overnight sleeping tool because of the possibility of baby developing a flat spot on their head. The babies had to wear the helmets anywhere from 4 months to 1 yr. It is definitely a serious thing, so just be careful.

8 week old has slept in his pack n play every night since we brought him home. From day one he would sleep 3-4 hours with me needing to wake him to eat. Once we got the O.K. from his dr, I let him decide when he would wake and it was 4-6 hours. Last night he slept the entire night! He was breast fed for 3 weeks and now is formula.

My lo sleeps in his pack nplay then on us the with me after hubby goes to work in a co-sleeper. Its a crazy routine!
My 17 month old slept in a rockn play for 5 months. I put her in the crib one night with no issues ever hopefully you will have the same luck!!

We just invested in a dock a tot. Best thing ever!! We put it in his crib. He slept 10:30-3 the last 2 nights and then 330-730!! Hes usually up 1ish, 4ish and 6ish so its such a difference!!

My baby is 6 weeks and we just switched from her bassinet to the playpen bassinet. She will stay there until she starts trying to sit or until we put our other daughter in a toddler bed and baby will move to the crib.

Our girl sleeps in her bassinet by our bed, has since we brought her home from the hospital. She isn't too fussy about where she sleeps or in what position. Not yet anyway she is currently 7 weeks tomorrow but with babies anything can happen or change.
