How did the hospital memorialize baby?

Ours didn't offer anything aside from cleaning him up and returning him to us (at our request). Am wondering what the norm is where you are.

We lost our son at 15 weeks 3 days. Delivered the next day. We were unable to see him after birth for "reasons". I had him within 5 hours of being induced, but had to stay the night for monitoring.
 One of the nurses on duty makes shadow boxes when she is in for the lost babies. Within a few hours of delivery, in came a few nurses with a shadow box that contained his hand and foot prints, a little name certificate, a tiny hand made diaper. They also took pictures of his hands and feet (that is all they could do), they ended up giving us a little token/pendant (hubby keeps it in his wallet) and a bracelet with 3 butterflies on it (i have been wearing it every day since January 25th.) The last thing i remember was they gave us a little crocheted peice of a blanket, ours is yellow, and is about 3 inches by 3 inches. It is a piece of the blanket that he is rapped in for a group burial. The hospital has a group of women that make the blankets, and the small pieces, out of the same yarn, and donate them for the lost babies. Actually, we just got the invitation for his group burial, which is this upcoming Saturday, May 6th. He came into the world back on October 21st.  We were told we can write notes/letters to be placed with him.

We got a box and my friend called nilmdts to take pics for us (not part of the hospital). My son was 40 weeks when he passed so basically we got hand and foot prints and a casting of his hand and foot and they gave him a bath and let us hold him until the funeral home got there.
